There is no better way to write blog on the the go than by using the WordPress app for the iPad.

The new version of the iPad app released today works perfectly for the iPad 2. It allows you to easily add images and video to your posts (like the one’s I’ve included). It’s missing a lot of bells and whistles like the ability to easily change the alt and title tags for each image, but that can be done if you want to poke around in the code.

For  most bloggers not interested in SEO this is perfect. Past versions have had a lot of bugs or glitches, but the version 2.7.1 that came out today works terrific. One interesting note is that the video taken will go away if you edit the post on your computer as I have done.
